2.A heavy metal-resistant bacteria strain named Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. cameroun 4AF1 was screened from 77 known Bacillus strains. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 4AF1 to Co~(2+)、Ni~+、Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+) were 277.2 mM, 109.4 mM, 124.0 mM, and 51.1 mM, respectively.
从77种芽孢杆菌中筛选出的杀虫细菌苏云金杆菌4AF1,其耐受重金属的最低抑制浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)分别为:Cu2+ 124.0 mM、Co2+ 277.2 mM、Zn2+51.1mM、Ni+ 109.4 mM.
