上臂测量值是反映人体营养状况的有效指标,通过重庆市1324名7岁以下儿童上臂围及上臂皮褶厚度的测量,推算出了7岁以下儿童上臂围(Arm Circumference,AC),上臂皮褶厚度(Triceps Skinfold,S),上臂区(Arm Area,A),上臂肌围(Arm Muscle Circumference,AMC),上臂肌区(Arm Muscle Area,M)及上臂脂肪区(Arm Fat Area,F)6项指标的正常值范围。

5.Results:Body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,body mass index,waist hip ratio,waist height ratio,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,insulin and HOMA resistance index of NAFLD were significantly different from these of non-NAFLD,but only waist circumference,low density lipoprotein and HOMA insulin resistance index entered logistic regression equation with area under ROC curve more than 0.5 (0.821,0.665 and 0.722 respectively).
结果：NAFLD和非NAFLD的体重、腰围、臀围、体重指数、腰臀比、腰围身高比及空腹血糖、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、胰岛素、HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数均有显著差异,但仅腰围、低密度脂蛋白和HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数进入Logistic回归方程,且其ROC曲线下面积均大于0．5(分别是0．821,0．665和0．722)。
6.Methods Five body indices of a total of 1 757 AGA neonates converged from 12 cities in China were caculated with computer,which were the gestational maturation,the Quetelet Index(QI),Rohrer Index (RI),Recumbent length Croun Rump length Index(BRI),Recumbent length/Head circumference(BL/HC),Mid-Arm circumference/Head circumference(MAC/HC) ration; and the relative longitudinal regularity,variation,percentile of each index.
方法 用计算机演算1 757 例AGA 新生儿的5 项身体指数，即QueteletIndex（QI） 、Rohrer Index（RI） 、身长顶臀长指数（BRI） 、身长／ 头围（BL／HC） 、中臂围／ 头围（ MAC／HC） 比值。
7.Results In the practicing group,the students four parameters of body weight,waist circumference,upper leg circumference and upper arm circumference were improved,in comparison to the control group, there was statistical significance of difference(P<0.05 or 0.01).
结果实验组体重、腰围、大腿围、上臂围4项指标与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);
8.Weight ,height,upper arm circumference(AC),waist circumference and hip circumference(HC) were measured . Then we calculated body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR),waist height ratio(WHtR) , mean BP (MBP) and the difference between invasive BP and non-invasive BP(S-S,D-D).
并测量身高、体重、臂围(AC)、腰围、臀围(HC),计算体重指数(BMI)、腰围/臀围(WHR)、腰围/身高(WHtR)、平均血压(MBP)、直接血压与间接血压的差值(S-S、D-D)。
9.The correlation coefficients of body weight with body height,body length,heart girth,cannon circumference,and ages were 0.798,0.644,0.678,—0.167,and 0.406,respectively,all correlations were significant(P＜0.01) except that between body weight and cannon circumference.
结果表明:复州牛体重与体高、体长、胸围、管围、年龄之间的相关系数分别为0．798、0．644、0．678、—0．167、0．406,经检验,除管围与体重的相关系数不显著外(P＞0．05),其它四个相关系数均达到极显著水平(P＜0．01);
10.So were the other indexes such as BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat contents and body fat ratio(.P<0.05 or P< 0.01).
同时显著性下降的指标还有体重指数、腰围、臀围、体脂含量和身体脂肪率(P<0.05或P<0.01)。
