2.Five fish silages were made from various fish processing disposals including Japanese spanish mackerel(Scomberomorus niphonius),chub mackerel(Pneumatophorus japonius),small yellow croaker(Pseudosciaena polyactis) and Pacific cod(Gadus macrocephalus) by enzymatic hydrolysis under acid condition.

3.Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was a functional component extracted from fish oil. The experiment results indicate that PUFA might inhibit platelet agglomeration induced by Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in rabbit and rat. The results also suggested that PUFA has extent effect of anti-coagulation in mice.
鱼油多烯脂酸 (Polyunsaturated fatty acids;PU FA)是从鲐鱼 (Chub machrel)鱼油中分离提取的有效成份 ,主要有二十碳五烯酸 (EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA) ,实验结果表明 PUFA可明显地抑制由二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)诱导的家兔和大鼠血小板聚集作用。
