2.Based on the analysis of national irrigation district and canal system,the necessity of optimized canal system is put forward. Hopfield neural network is introduced to the density optimization of canal system,and the basic idea of Hitchcock Problem and canal problem are compared. The feasibility of applying Hopfield neural network in canal system optimization is put forward.
通过分析我国灌区和渠系现状,提出有关渠系优化的必要性,将Hopfield神经网络引入灌溉渠系密度优化过程中,进一步将货流问题与渠道输水问题的基本思想进行对比,初步提出Hop-field神经网络应用于渠系密度优化中的可行性,建立渠系优化的网络能量函数。

4.In this paper, in view of the poor water exchange condition and deteoriorated ecological environment in the two bays, a strategic scheme to excavate an artificial Jiaolai canal is proposed, the excavation of artificial canal will link up the Jiaozhou Bay and Laizhou Bay so as to speed up the water circulation in the two bays and improve the ecological environment in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea inshore areas, and the canal project will be advantageous to the shipping industry, tourism, ecological conservation and economic development.
