1.Material and methodAnimal: Male Sprague Dawley rats weighting about 130 g were distributed randomized into 5 group: budesonide treated group (BUD), montelukast treated group (M), 1/2 budesonide and 1/2 montelukast treated group (1/2 BUD+1/2 M), normal control group (NC), ovalbumin sensitized, challenged group (OVA).
实验动物 Sprague Dawley大鼠，约130克，雄性，随机分为以下几组：布地奈德处理组（budesonide，BUD）、孟鲁司特处理组（montelukast，M）、1/2布地奈德+1/2孟鲁司特处理组（1/2BUD+1/2M）、抗原致敏激发组（ovalbumin，OVA）、正常对照组（Normal Control，NC）。
2.Objective To study the modulation of budesonide(BUD) on signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6) and its gene expression in the rat model of asthma.
目的研究布地奈德(BUD)对支气管哮喘大鼠支气管信号转导子和转录激活子6(STAT6)基因和蛋白表达的调控作用。
3.Methods: 43 asthmatic children (Group A) before treatment with iGCs and 30 cases (Group B) after inhaled treatment by spacer with BUD 200~800μg/day for 6~36 (16.75) months were measured for BMDs of lumbar vertebra (LBMD)and femur (FBMD) by dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DEXA).
方法 :对 4 3例初诊哮喘患儿 (治疗前—A组 )和 30例经储雾罐吸入BUD 2 0 0 80 0 μg/d治疗 6～ 36个月 (平均 16 .75个月 )的复诊哮喘患儿 (治疗后—B组 ) ,应用双能X线骨密度仪测量腰椎和股骨BMD。
4.2. By bud (terminal and axillary bud) cultureComparison with 7 combinations of culture midium ACM+BA0.3-0.5 mg/1+NAA0.02-0.05mg/1+Sucrose 2% was proved to be the optimum combination while the best time for bud excised from moth tree was shown first in the period of bud break and then the period of dormancy.
通过芽培养诱导再生植株,是以顶芽腋芽为材料,利用7个组合培养基试验比较,诱导芽分化最佳培养基为ACM+BA_(0.3-0.5)mg/l+NAA_(0.02-0.05)mg/l+蔗糖2％; 适宜取材期为萌动期,其次是休眠期。
5.After six weeks, the weight of bud was 450 times (terminal bud) and 2. 4 times (axillary bud) CK, and 2. 9 times that and 1, 1 times of using NAA treatment.
六周后芽鲜重为对照的450倍(顶芽)和2．4倍(腋芽),为萘乙酸处理的2．9倍和1．1倍。
6.Experiment was carried out on bud and wound callus inducement isolated culture of Daphne odora var. marginata with MS as basic culture medium, but different hormones such as KT, NAA, 6-BA, IAA and ZT. The result showed that different combination, different treatment had great effect on bud and wound callus inducement, among which MS+1.0mg/L of ZT had the best inducement by 94% with characters of short inducing time and healthy bud.
以MS为基本培养基,附加激素KT、NAA、6-BA、IAA、ZT进行试验,发现不同的激素组合、不同的激素水平处理对芽及愈伤组织诱导影响较大,其中以MS附加ZT1.0mg/L的培养基上芽的诱导率最高,高达94%,且诱导时间短,芽生长健壮。
7.The bulbs of Asiatic hybrid cultivars of lily(Lilium)from Qingling Mountain, Shaanxi Province, were treated by cold storage at 4℃,and their flower bud differentiation was observed by dissection. The results showed that most cultivars began their flower bud differentiation after 3O days storage at 4℃,and the process of flower bud differentiation was different obviously among them.
以陕西省秦岭山区繁殖生产的亚洲杂交系百合品种为材料，在4℃冷藏处理的基础上，解剖观察了不同处理切花种球的花芽分化进程，发现经40d处理后，多数品种都开始了花芽分化，而且，花芽分化的进程在品种间有着明显的差异。
8.The results indicated that for stem induction buds the optimal medium was DCR+6-BA1.0mg/L+ TDZ0.002mg/L+ NAA 0.1mg/L+sucrose 20g/L. Pre-culture for 2 days,the bud induction frequency, average number of bud and bud forming capacity all reach the maximum,which was 100%,6.35,6.35,respectively.
研究发现,DCR+6-BA 1.0mg/L+TDZ0.001mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖20g/L 培养基对杉木茎段芽的诱导最有效,预培养2 d 时,芽诱导频率、平均芽数和芽形成能力最高,分别为100%、6.35和6.35。
9.The culture of the stem-bud from crown and stump shoot of Machilus yunnanensis var.duclouxii in vitro was studied. The results showed that the less browning and high germination rate of axially bud from the stem-bud appeared on the medium of MS+BA 4 mg·L -1+NAA 0.5 mg·L -1, and the plantlets grew well, which was beneficial to later mutiplication.
用滇润楠成年树带芽嫩茎、嫩叶和根部萌蘖枝条上带芽嫩茎为材料进行组织培养 ,在MS +BA 4mg·L-1+NAA 0 5mg·L-1的培养基上 ,树冠越冬芽褐化较轻 ,腋芽萌发率高 ,小苗生长良好 ,同时也有利于后期增殖 ;
10.After an inflorescence branch primordium is shaped,first it produces a terminal flower prmordium,later a bract and continually an axillary bud primordium and an accessory bud primordium in the axill of the bract.
花序分枝原基形成后先产生分枝的顶花原基,然后产生苞叶原基,苞叶原基腋内再依次分化出腋芽原基和副芽原基,如此反复进行多次。
