1.A complex of lithium tetra--(8--hydroxyquinolinato) boron (LiBq4) was synthesized. Its photoluminescence (PL) properties were investigated in virtue of the excitation and emission spectra; and its electroluminescence (EL) properties of three--layer light--emitting diodes (LED) of ITO/TPP/LiBq4/AlQ/AL with LiBq4 as the active layer were characterized, and blue lightemission was observed.
合成了一种新型的金属有机螫合物 LiBq4（Lithium tetra－（8－hydroxy－quinolinato） boron），并研究了其光致发光（PL）和电致发光（EL）性质．在以 LiBq4为发光层的三层结构器件 ITO／TPP（50 nm）／LiBq4（50 nm）／AlQ（5nm）／Al中得到了蓝色发光．

4.The boron concentration analysis of different boron powder by XPS indicates that a sort of boron compound BXO exists in boron powder surface with the binding energy of 189eV,which maybe form from parts of B2O3,H3BO3 and B in some kind of complex compound and prevents the dissolving of B2O3 and H3BO3 from boron powder surface.
对不同纯度的硼粉进行了XPS分析,结果表明,在硼粉表面结合能为189 eV处存在一种硼的化合物,可能是由部分B2O3和H3BO3杂质与单质硼形成的某种缔合态的BXO化合物,使B2O3和H3BO3不能完全被溶解、驱除。
5.The results of iron grade of 58.52% ,iron recovery of 83. 60% , boron grade above 12% and boron recovery 71. 8% for the concentrate were obtained under the laboratory conditions of feed iron grade of 36.97% and boron grade of 7. 33% at the grinding fineness of 95% passing -360 mesh.

9.On the basis of introducing the principles of separating boron10 isotope by chemical exchange distillation, the problem in largescale boron10 production is discussed. Several new donors, including nitromethane, acetone, methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) and diisobutyl ketone (DIBK), which have a larger separation factor if used in separation are introduced. The com plexes between these new donors and boron trifluoride (BF 3) are more stable than the donors examined before.
在介绍化学交换精馏法分离同位素硼10原理的基础上, 分析了目前工业化过程分离同位素硼10 存在的问题, 指出新的络合剂硝基甲烷(CH3NO2 )、丙酮(Acetone)、甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)、二异丁基酮(DIBK)等用于从三氟化硼分离硼10 具有更高的分离系数, 形成的络合物具有更好的稳定性, 其中CH3NO2 是现有同位素硼10分离工艺过程较为理想的替代络合剂。
