2.RESULTS:①Effect of sintering temperature on the bore construction:Sintering temperature below 900 ℃ had inconspicuous influence on the big bore,which remained 500 μm,but it had conspicuous influence on big bore when it was above 900 ℃,and the bore was decreased to 400 μm.
结果:①烧成温度对孔结构的影响:在900℃以内时烧成温度的变化对大孔的影响不明显,仍然在500μm左右,但当烧成温度增加到1000℃,大孔变小到400μm左右。
3.From model tests and hydraulic calculations about the submerged groins in the macro-tidal bore area of Qiantangjiang Estuary, the development mechanism of scour at the upstream side of submerge groins under the bore action is proposed. Then the relaIton between upstream side scour depth of groin and water depth before arriving of the bore, the bore height, the groin height and the groin shape is established.
通过对强涌潮地区钱塘江河口漫水丁坝断面模型试验及涌潮翻越丁坝的水力计算研究 ,提出涌潮作用下漫水丁坝上游冲刷坑的形成机理 ,建立丁坝上游冲刷坑水深与潮前水深、涌潮高度、丁坝高度及丁坝上游面平台宽度的关系 .
4.Generally, tidal bore is wave alignment moving upstream estuary, and its surface will break when the wave alignment is strong, which leads to water roll tracing the source. The velocity, which is between small-disturbed wave velocities before tidal bore happens and the one after tidal bore happens, increases with the ratio of tidal bore height to the water depth in wave front.
涌潮一般是向河口上游推进的波列，强度大时，表面破碎，进而发展成溯源推进的水滚，其传播速度随涌潮高度与波前水深比值增加，大小介于涌潮前后小扰动波波速之间。
5.In order to change the traditional bore test system that can be pulled or pushed only by hand,we develop a bore test robot system,which is controlled by print interface and can move automatically toting the bore test equipment,and manufacture the robot body based on the drawing of two dimensions schedule drawing of its mechanical construction using CAXA Electronic Board.
为改变传统的炮膛检测系统只能靠人工推拉的方式,开发了一种用打印机接口控制的,能携带炮膛检测装置在炮膛内自动移动的炮膛检测机器人系统. 在用CAXA电子图版绘制了系统机械结构二维工程图的基础上,做出了机器人实物.
6.An artillery bore detecting robot system was developed, which has the function of self-centering and can move automatically with toting the measuring equipments in the bore,in order to change the traditional bore detecting system that can be pulled or pushed only by hand and to realize synthetic multi-parameter measurement with single equipment.
为改善传统的人工推拉式单参数炮膛质量检测方法,实现单机多参数综合测量,开发了一种具有自动定心功能,能携带测量装置在炮膛内自动移动的炮膛检测机器人.
7.Meanwhile, the relationships between bore pressure and bore height, groin response and bore height are researched.
同时通过研究丁坝的位移和内力响应结果随涌潮高度的变化情况,得出了不同涌潮高度下丁坝响应的规律。
8.Modal analysis provides analysis basis for study of in-bore environment and incidents and accidents. A large numbermeasurement results show some early unusual in-bore shock enrironment of projectile—fuze system, which is of significant value for the study of projectile engraring force and bore—safe reliability.
所作传函分析及功率谱密度函数处理与分析,为膛内环境研究及事故诊断提供了分析基础,特别是通过大量测试结果,发现了火炮发射时,弹丸—引信系统在膛内早期冲击环境一些异常现象,作为弹丸挤进时受力情况分析及膛内安全可靠性的研究有重大价值。
