4.The burners of 220 t/h boiler in Henan Shenhuolv Power Plant were retrofitted by using the pulverized coal burners with stabilized-firing cavity and cutting down the distance between up-primary air and down-primary air etc. technologies, thus the boiler was successfully converted from originally designed burning high calorific value coal to low calorific value coal, the boiler could operate stably at 50% load without oil-firing aid and the thermal efficiency of boiler reached 89%.
摘要采用稳燃腔煤粉燃烧器并集中布置上、下一次风等技术对河南神火铝电厂220t/h锅炉燃烧器进行改造,成功地将该炉原设计燃用优质煤改燃为普通煤,并取得了改造后50%负荷可无油稳定运行,锅炉热效率达到89%的良好效果。
5.In order to meet the requirement of high efficiency and low emissions in boiler operations, a mixed model is developed based on experimental data and combined with Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) and boiler thermodynamic calculation. This model uses the adjustable operation parameters of industrial boiler as the input, uses NOX emissions and efficiency of industrial boiler as the output, and achieves prediction of NOX emissions and calculation of efficiency successfully.

9.The new slag cooling system for circulating fluidized bed boiler realizes effective cooling and heat reutilization of ash and slag in fluidized bed boiler, which guarantees the stability of boiler combustion and the reliability of unit operation.
新型循环流化床锅炉自动冷渣系统实现了流化床锅炉除渣的有效冷却和灰渣热能的再利用,保证了锅炉燃烧的稳定性和机组运行的可靠性。
10.The burner is used in the DG300/100-5 boiler of Heshan power plant, after the reformation of the correlative experiment, the boiler can maintain the steady combustion without adding oil at the load of 70%MCR, the coal quantity of fly ash deseased from 16.59% to 8.57%, the efficiency of the boiler increased from 82% to 86%, and the combustion condition was improved greatly.
水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器在合山电厂DG300/100-5锅炉中投入了实际运行,同时进行了燃烧器改造后的相关试验,结果表明锅炉能够在70%MCR的负荷下不投油并保持燃烧稳定,经改造后,飞灰含碳量由16.59%降为8.57%,锅炉效率由82%增至86%,炉内燃烧动力工况较改造前有很大改善。
