1.Firstly,a joint V-BLAST(Vertical-Bell Labs Layered Space-Time)and multiuser detection algorithm for MIMO MC-CDMA system is proposed in this paper. Based on a modified iterative interference cancellation V-BLAST detection with minimum mean squared error(MMSE), two groups of detection data are obtained for each user, then maximum-likelihood(ML)scheme is applied on the iterative output of all users to select the better group of data to optimize system performance.
本文首先提出了一种上行MIMO MC-CDMA系统联合的V-BLAST(Vertical-Bell Labs Layered Space-Time)和多用户检测算法,该算法首先分别对每个用户采用一种改进的基于最小均方误差(MMSE)的迭代干扰抵消V-BLAST检测获得两组不同的检测数据,然后联合所有的用户运用最大似然(ML)准则对迭代中间结果进行选择从而实现性能优化。

4.Comparison of the fragment sequence with that of Canis familiaris,Bos Taurus and Homo sapiens dopamine receptor D1 gene was carried out through blast in GenBank,the result showed that the homologies of the nucleotide sequence was 99% with Canis familiaris,93% with Bos Taurus and 92% with Homo sapiens.

6.Results cDNA expression sequence on the 14 EST fragments were successfully screened out. In the 14 newly cloned genes, further comparative analysis by Blast, it proved that seven genes are new and log them on GenBank, and respectively named them ZH1,ZH3,ZH8,ZH12,ZH14,ZH16,ZH17. Conclusion Based on taking full advantages of biological information resources, cDNA expression sequences on 7 new genes significantly influenced by TCM treatment of nourishing spleen and enriching qi successfully cloned out.
