1.Methods Using the search terms“bladder neoplasm”,“prognosis”,“p16”or“p21”,the literature on the correlation of p16 gene and p21 gene expression abnor- mality with the prognosis of bladder carcinoma were searched from MEDLINE database,PubMed database, CBMdisc and China Academic Periodical database,and were evaluated by Meta-analysis with Dersimonian- Laird model.
方法以“bladder carcinoma”或“bladder neoplasm”、“prognosis”、“p16”/“p21”和“膀胱癌”、“预后”等为检索词,检索Medline、PubMed、中国生物医学文献及中国学术期刊数据库有关p16基因和p21基因表达异常与膀胱癌预后的文献,应用Meta分析Dersimonian-Laird模型对这些文献进行综合定量评价。
2.Objective To investigate the causes of bladder neck contracture(BNC) after transurethral resection of prostate.
目的对经尿道前列腺电切术(trans urethral resection of prostate,TURP)后发生膀胱颈挛缩(bladder neck contracture,BNC)的原因进行分析,提出预防措施。

5.Conclusions The p33ING1 expression is decreased in bladder TCC tissue; the degree of reduction is associated with pathologic grade and clinical stage of the cancer. It is suggested that the p33ING1 may play an essential role in bladder carcinogenesis and can serve as a marker for prognosis of bladder cancer.
结论p33 ING1在膀胱TCC组织中存在表达缺失,其表达缺失程度与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期及复发相关,可作为观察膀胱TCC复发指标之一。

9.Conclusion:The results suggest that pr oapoptosis gene bak are differently expressed in most bladder transitional cel l carcinoma,bak gene may take part in the modulation of apoptosis in bladder tra nsitional cell carcinoma and the expression of bak mRNA is closely related with the degree of bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue differentiation.
结论 :促凋亡基因bak在大多数膀胱移行细胞癌组织中有不同程度的表达 ,bak基因可能参与膀胱移行细胞癌的凋亡调节 ,并与膀胱移行细胞癌组织的分化有关。
