1.Methods:Forty-two Chinese white rabbits, fed by high cholesterol diet and injured by balloon, were divided randomly into the big, medium and small balloon groups(n =15,15 and 12, respectively). The diameter ratio of medium balloon /vessel was 1.5/1, and the three kinds of balloon’s diameters were 3.0 mm, 2.75 mm and 2.5 mm, respectively.
方法:50只中国大耳白兔中42只给予高脂饲料喂养加球囊损伤术,以球囊与血管的直径比1.5∶1为中球囊直径,随机分为大、中、小球囊组(n分别为15、15、12),分别使用直径为3.0mm、2.75mm和2.5mm的球囊。
