2.Inthe present study,IL-8immunoreactivity was detected in normal and psoriatic epodermis using polyclonal antiserum and two different MoAb(5A4,2G2)against IL-8.It was detected in both notmal and paoriatic skin,and was most intedse in the baas cell layet of normal skin with antisetum and 5A4,and there was ataing of psoriacic damagcd skin with 5A4 and 2G2 above the basal cell layet.
