1.Objective To investigate the relationship between the genetic polymorphisms of the human cardiac sodium channelαsubunit gene (voltage-gated sodium channel type V,SCN5A) and the occurrence of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia (IVA).
目的:研究中国汉族人群心脏钠离子通道α亚单位(voltage-gated sodium channel type V,SCN5A)基因的遗传多态性及其与特发性室性心律失常(idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia,IVA)的关系。
2.Methods : We observed the effect of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction and its extractive composition on experimental arrhythmia and detected ATP enzyme activity of cardiac muscle tissue and contents of NO by experiments of mouse ventricular fibrillation caused by chloroform, rats arrhythmia induced by barium chloride, rats ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine, guinea-pigs caused by ouabain and rats myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury.
通过氯仿致小鼠心室纤颤实验,氯化钡诱发大鼠心律失常实验,乌头碱诱发大鼠室性心律失常实验,哇巴因致豚鼠心律失常实验,大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤性心律失常实验,观察桂枝甘草汤及其提取物各组分对实验性心律失常的影响,及检测大鼠心肌缺血再灌注时心肌组织ATP酶活性和NO含量。
3.Method To take 30 patients with arrhythmia out of 67 AMI patients as the group of arrhythmia,and 37 patients without arrhythmia as the check group and to test their QT dispersion before and after thrombolysis.
方法 将 6 7例AMI患者中有心律失常的 30例分为心律失常组 ,37例无心律失常分为对照组 ,测定溶栓前后QT离散度。
4.To study the antiarrhythmic mechanism of naloxone(Nal),we made an ischemic arrhythmia model by coronary artery ligation in SD rats. The effects of Nal(iv) and intracisternally(ic) and the effect of three endogenous opiate peptides(EOP)antiserums iv on ischemic arrhythmia were evaluated. Results showed that Nal iv and ic could inhibit ischemic arrhythmia but none of three types of EOP an tiserum given iv had this effect.

5.Carbachol of 2.0×10~(-6) mol/L alone had no effect on the amplitude of DAD. When the DAD was enhanced by isoprenaline or the triggered arrhythmia was induced, the same concentration of carbachol could decrease the amplitude of DAD significantly and abolish the triggered arrhythmia.

7.Those alkaloids containing the C-14-OCOC_6H_5 moiety including AC, IA, 3-AIA, BA and DAIA all induced arrhythmia in rats, while those with deletion of such an ester group, such as A, PA, TAPA and PAA, did not. Thus, C-14-OCOC_6H_5 is substantiated as an essential functional group in the induction of arrhythmia.

8.Methods:82 cases with BVA were randomized to be divided into rehabilitation group(RH group,27 cases),anti arrhythmia drug combined with rehabilitation group(AR group,26 cases) and anti arrhythmia drug group(control group,29 cases).

10.Methods:The maximum P wave duration and the minimum P wave duration(Pmin) of 12-lead -electrocardiograms of 55 cases with essential hypertension accompany atrial arrhythmia and 55 cases non atrial arrhythmia,Analyse P wave dispersion.
方法 :测定55例原发性高血压伴房性心律失常及55例非房性心律失常(对照组)的同步12导联心电图 ,P波最大时限(Pmax)和P波最小时限(Pmin) ,Pd=Pmax-Pmin。 并进行比较。
