1.Methods: The 10 healthy youths exposed to 3 700m altitudes for 3 months taken part in the test of inhaling and no inhaling the liquid-oxygen. The level of BLA and Ammo were measured in rest and cycle ergometer progressive load exercise.
方法 :对进驻海拔370 0m高原 3个月的 10名健康青年在吸入液氧 (吸氧组 ,4L min)和不吸液氧 (对照组 )的条件下 ,采用功率自行车进行递增负荷运动 ,并在安静时、运动后测定血中血乳酸 (BLA)、血氨 (Ammo)的变化。
2.Methods We have cured 9 patients with HAPE by injecting intravenous the L Arg at 3 700 m, and compared with 8 subjects who had cured by inhaling low density nitric oxide (NO), determined their plasma content of Mb and BLA and Ammo before and after treatment.
