1.The results showed that the basic medium played a determinative role in initiating the adventitious roots. Neither GD nor SH induced adventitious buds to form adventitious roots. Adventitious root was induced by 1/2 SH, on which 2.2% adventitious buds formed adventitious roots.
对不定芽在GD、SH和 1 2SH培养基上进行生根诱导 ,试验结果表明 ,基本培养基的种类对不定芽形成根起主要作用 ,GD、SH不能诱导不定芽生根 ,1 2SH可以使不定芽生根 ,其对不定芽的诱导率为 2 2 % ,1 2SH +NAA 0 5mg·L- 1 对不定芽生根的诱导率为 3 3% ;

附加一定质量浓度NAA的1/2MS培养基,能显著促进袋鼠花不定芽根的形成,其最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.1mg/LNAA。
4.Adventitious buds were induced from shoot-tip explants in MS media supplemented with BA3 mg· L-1 and Ad 5 mg · L-1 .The multiplication rate of adventitious buds were above 1.9 times in MS media supplemented with BA 3 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 .Anomaly adventitious buds and browning formed easily in conditions of high concentration of BA.

5.PTIO,a NO scavenger,could inhibit the inducing effect of H_2O_2 to adventitious root formation,which indicated that that NO probably interfered with the induction process of IAA to adventitious root formation as a medium.
NO清除剂———PTIO能抑制H2O2诱导的不定根形成,表明NO在H2O2诱导不定根形成的过程中起介导作用。
6.5 ppm 6-BA, 20 ppm 6-BA, 5 ppm 2,4-D+20 ppm 6-BA, 20ppm2,4-D +20 ppm 6-BA, 10 ppm 2,4-D+20 ppm 6-BA all could lead to the frequency rising and reaching very significant level by spike-spraying. The frequency of adventitious embryos obviously increased to the level of signifcance also by spraying with 5 ppm 6-BA and 5 ppm 2, 4-D+20 ppm 6-BA respectively, which indicated that there were close interrelation between the development of adventitious embryo and the level of growth regulator.
用5ppm 6-BA和5ppm 2,4-D+20ppm 6-BA,20ppm 2,4-D+20 ppm6-BA,10ppm 2,4-D+20ppm 6-BA喷穗效果好,提高程度均达到极显著水准,此外,5ppm-BA和5ppm 2,4-D+20ppm 6-BA处理的不定胚频率提高也达极显著水准.
7.the most suitable medium for inducation of adventitious bud and continue propagation was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L, the differentiation rate of adventitious bud is 70%.
适宜不定芽诱导及继代培养的培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1,不定芽分化率为70％,继代倍数达6-7倍;
8.In the period of Subculture-Found of mass production, the most multiplication of adventitious buds in MS+BA5mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l during subculture of L.sprengeri, L.squamigera. In the subculture the multiplication of adventitious buds fewer and young plant grown bad when the concentration of cane sugar increase to 4% or add KT to medium.
继代增殖—大量繁殖体系建立阶段，以MS+BA5mg／l+NAA0.5mg／l的培养基中换锦花、夏水仙芽的增殖率最高，苗生长健壮，在培养基中增加蔗糖浓度到4％，或者加入KT，芽增殖率降低，苗长势差；
9.The optimum medium for inducing adventitious buds from leaves as MS + 6-BA (1.5～2.0 mg/L) + IBA(0.01～0.1 mg/L), and the leaves of the cultivars such as Red Globe, Victoria and GN-18 produced higher adventitious buds.
不定芽的诱导以MS+BA(1.5～2.0mg/L)+IBA(0.01mg/L)的激素组合最好,“红地球”、“维多利亚”、“甘农18号”的叶片均直接产生了较高的不定芽;
