1.The cell growth and proliferation rate,migration ability as well as interleukin 8(IL-8) induction levels were evaluated under the conditions with different agonists,antagonist and antibodies of PAR1 and PAR2.Results: Both SW620 and SW480 cells could express PAR1 and PAR2 mRNA. PAR2 antigen,but not PAR1 antigen,was strongly shown on SW620 cell surface.
