1.Results Among the 168 cases, 145 cases had abdominal diameter[AD = (TAD + APAD)/2]≥110mm. accounting for 86.31% . The result was the same as those of AC, AD and BPD, AD and FL, AD and BPD and FL, and better than BPD, FL, BPD and FL.
结果 胎儿腹径［AD＝（TAD＋APAD）／2］＞110mm者145例，预测巨大儿符合率为86．31％，与AC、AD＋BPD、AD＋FL、AD＋BPD＋FL相似，优于BPD、FL、BPD＋FL及宫高＋腹围。
