1.Resu lts: GM-CSF+IL-4/+TNF-α induced CD123 +DC2 and CD123 -DC1, but G -CSF+IL-3/+TNF-α could not induce CD123 + DC2. Conclusion: Cytokine GM-CSF+IL-4/+TNF-α can induce CD123 +DC2 and CD123 -DC1 by cul turing with peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro.
结果 :用GM CSF +IL 4 +TNF α诱导出CD12 3+ DC2和CD12 3- DC1细胞 ,而采用G CSF +IL 3 +TNF α未能诱导出CD12 3+ 的DC2细胞。 结论 :用人的外周血单个核细胞 ,在体外用细胞因子组合GM CSF +IL 4 +TNF α可以诱导出CD12 3+ DC2和CD12 3- DC1细胞
