2.The results show that the CNF-reinforced carbon composites exhibit higher mechanical properties than the composites without CNFs addition,the flexural strength of the composite with 5% of CNFs is increased by nearly 76.3% and the flexural modulus is increased by nearly 55.5% compared to that of the composite containing no CNFs. Increasing the CNFs content to 20%,both the flexural strength and flexural modulus decrease from their maximum values at 5% loading.

4.In this paper, we prepared a kind of new carbon material from wastes of producing furfural: Spherical Activated Carbon(SAC-F), and studied the desulfurization technology by carbon materials systemically. We also studied the behavior of SAC-F by morden testing method such as SEM, XPS and BET. The result of this paper can offer some technical reliance and guidance in order to realize the industrialization of new carbon materials desulfurization.
其技术关键在于炭法脱硫材料的开发,本文研究开发了新型炭法脱硫材料——糠醛渣球形活性炭(SAC-F),并系统的研究炭材料脱硫工艺,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、光电子能谱(XPS)、BET等测试手段,考察SAC-F的制备及其烟气脱硫性能,为实现新型炭法脱硫技术的工业化提供技术依据和指导。

9.The results show:when nano-calcium carbonate was applied singly it can strengthen the strength,when was applied with carbon black N330 50phr,it weaken the strengthen NBR,when nano- calcium carbonate was applied whith white carbon black 50phr,it weaken the strength too.
结果表明:纳米碳酸钙单独使用时可以补强胶料,并用50份炭黑N330后,使胶料的拉伸强度下降,并用少量炭黑时可以补强胶料,在丁腈胶中与50份白炭黑并用时也使胶料强度降低。
10.The analysis results indicated that the dielectric constant and loss tangent of CB/ABS composites increased with increasing of CB content,when CB mass fraction got to 20wt%,which corresponded to volume resistivity 105Ω·cm of CB/ABS composites,absorption peak of the CB/ABS slab were improved greatly and arrived at optimally values.
结果表明炭黑/ABS连续导电介质的介电常数和介电损耗角正切随炭黑含量的增加而增大; 在炭黑含量达到20%(质量分数)时,复合平板的吸收峰值达到最佳,对应于其体积电阻率为105Ω.
